You always took such good care of my little kitty Ike. Every visit the office staff always told me how beautiful and loving he was. When he unexpectedly passed away at one and a half years old, the staff treated him with such love, dignity, and care when we brought him in for cremation. I really appreciate the options for costs. The prices are very affordable. They are also great about the appointment times and are very efficient. Sugar, my beloved dog, isn’t that impressed, but they do tend to stick her with things and take her temperature. Hehe
Sadly, our senior dog took a sudden turn for the worse and we knew it was time. We walked in and they guided us to a comfy room with our fur baby. During the process, they were so sweet and even cried with me as my baby was in my arms asleep. I don’t know how they do this regularly, but they were 100% professional and I am thankful that they were the ones we chose.
Dr Briggs is a really nice vet. He did a full examination of ear, nose, mouth, eyes and from head to tail. Does a great job of explaining disease process in layman terms. He gave us a reasonable estimate and follow through for Justin's Dental. He is patient and he is kind. My last vet hardly touched my dog and made me feel like an idiot talking over my head regarding disease process. I will go to Dr Briggs again.
