The worst location for medical assistance that I have ever encountered in my entire life. Twice now this place has let me down. Last week I suffered a ruptured cyst and I ended up in the hospital. I called to Mercy to follow up with my doctor since this is an emergency and they couldn’t see me for 2 days!!! I ended up having to find another doctor to help me as I was in terrible pain. You have an pa ,but you can't get appts..your pa tells you to call your other doctor to get refills..you are having issues with medication and you ate having medical issues.. but you can't get help from an cp,Timothy Binker I have gotten better treatment from Patientfirst at white marsh, then I have from him..He seems to have an attitude And would like a call from the Director of this facility Debbie Karwacki
When they take you off certain Meds the doctor should call you . Not wondering when you Go too CVS and it's not there Smh.and also there billings is All screwed up incompetent people Don't know how too do there Job when it comes too insurance
First, I cannot express enough gratitude for the financial assistance program I was offered. Dr. Slabaugh is AMAZING! Best knee and shoulder ortho you could ask for. He always has a smile on his face and very kind. I also like that he treats conditions conservatively. I recently started my primary care there as well and my appointment went well and she was very kind. I did feel a bit rushed at the primary visit but I took my time to understand everything.
