I was given this clinics number looking for pediatric covid boosters for my child who NEEDS them. They confirmed they had "plenty of them on hand" but said they would not give to anyone who didn't transfer over to their clinic. Sorry that they're so $$ hungry that they require a full transfer of care to their offices in order to give out needed vaccine boosters for medically fragile children.
We love Mercy Peds! Been taking our girls here since 2021. They both see Rachel Francois primarily but we have seen many providers here over the years. Trust them inherently with our kids. The office staff are friendly, and usually can get us a night or weekend appointment if there's a health concern that pops up.
We have been going to this clinic for a number of years and overall have liked the providers. I was just informed after receiving a bill from a well child check that in the event ANYTHING outside the realm of just a well child check is discussed, you will be charged a full office visit. So when the provider asks "is there anything else", don't fall for it. You will be charged for that discussion without being notified there will be a charge. Very disappointing that the practice is resorting to these tactics.
