After 3 weeks of trying to get our newborn properly looked at for possible reflux issues, and being dismissed at another place for it being "baby noises" and being told "he'll grow out of it" and "he's just a fussy baby", we decided to leave and go here, after getting recommendations. We were recommended Dr. Mersch by a few people who had similar issues with their children, and told me he took them seriously and helped them get their children the help they needed, so we asked to have him. My kids have been going to mercy peds since 2018. I love this place although I do prefer Rachel Francois over any other doctor, and yes they’ve seen them all. I don’t even take my kids to urgent care because this clinic will take them same day if you call right away in the morning. Her PCP is always on top of things and I always appreciate the messages of the check-ins when they are sick. Also- the OT team is amazing. I’m very happy that I can keep all my daughter’s appts in one place.
I love everyone in this office! They always are able to squeeze us in and very accommodating. We have been seen by Rachel Francois for 13 years and will not go with another pediatrician!!
Waited over a month to get any reply from this place. When finally given an appointment, we unfortunately arrived 12minutes after the scheduled time. They have NO MERCY for families and specially not even if it’s your first time here. We were accused of being irresponsible and “no shows” to apparently 3previous appointments which is completely FALSE. They wanted to change the provider we were trying to see and we said no.
