Dr. Mary Powell and her staff used to be hands down phenomenal. But now their untrained office staff have made her office below par. with a pain level of 10 and in tears called for help only to be treated like my pain ridden crying was offensive and taking up their time and therefore they couldn't put a phone note in for the RN. what they, who are untrained in medical, did was prolong suffering for someone suffering from a spinal condition/injury.
