Very terrible and disrespectful experience. I called to schedule appointment today 4/15 at exactly 1.56pm. The lady was so disrespectful. .Immediately I told her my son’s dob she requested to speak to someone else and I asked to know why and she said she can’t understand me. Dr.Duffy was so attentive and funny regarding my pinky sprain by way of a potatoes sack race. The manager was so good about getting me in in a timely manner. Overall great experience and 3 visits and 2 X-rays later my hand is whole.
