Was scheduled for Thursday, aftre 40 min drive when i was (on time) there they said it was canceled the called which i called day before and conformed.
I drive an hour to my appointments. Every time I come the doctor is always behind at least 30-45 minutes. I have asked why they don’t call to inform patients. Never get clear answer. However after observing the young ladies chatting and talking up a storm on more than one occasion seems to me they are more focused on not doing their job. Not sure I’ll be keeping this doctor and coming here. Driving an hour is inconvenient enough but waiting longer every time is not convenient at all!
I really like this medical office. Made me feel comfortable and well informed. EAST Village Foot and Ankle small nice home feel nurses Doctors there are 2 Dr's. And the receptionist.
I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve lost 2 babies and have been TTC for over 6 years. I went in for my first appointment and was told I would be prescribed metformin to help my insulin resistance. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IT. 4 months later and appointment after appointment never got the help I needed to lose some weight so I can sustain a pregnancy. I’ve done everything they wanted but they won’t prescribe the one thing they said will work. Never go here. You’ll just spend your life savings and never get a result.
