The staff was very welcoming and professional.
At this place the nurses and doctors are very good and friendly too they are courteous
THEY WOULD CALL THIS HOSPITAL "THE BUTCHER SHOP" WHEN I WAS A KID!! THE NEUROLOGIST HERE DR. WALI DECIDED INSTEAD OF HELPING ME, HE REFUSED TO SEE ME ANYMORE N SENT ME TO SEE A DOCTOR IN TEMPLE HOSPITAL IN PHILADELPHIA WHERE I HAVE TO TAKE A TROLLEY, TWO DIFFERENT TRAINS N A BUS N I HAVE EPILEPSY N JUST HAD A STROKE!!
The lady that answered the phone was beyond ignorant. She would not help me with looking up my appointment because “as of a few minutes ago we closed I can’t do anything”. When I myself work in a doctors office and know I can look up an appointment even after a few minutes of closing. Then when I read her the paper with the appointment time and date with the doctor she said “that’s not true”. Beyond rude. Will be switching doctors.
