I had the worst experience at this clinic. I was seen today by their nurse practitioner. I was taken aback by his obvious disinterest in being there and he was disgruntled at having to work. He said he would test me for strep but they do not treat adults who test positive with antibiotics. They also did a covid test. He asked if I knew what was worse than having covid I said no he said someone who would vote for Trump. I was shocked. I am overjoyed with the amount of genuine care and concern that was shown by the team at Mercy Medical! When I called and told them that my daughter desperately needed to be seen a few minutes before closing, they willingly made sure she got the best care possible. I am so thankful that they took the time to make sure she was taken care of.
