I love these people!
I was just at this location. When I first arrived there was no one in the waiting room and I was told it would be 30 minutes tops. They immediately call me back and put me in a room...where they forgot about me. I waited for 2 hours and then went to check in and they were like "oh, you haven't been seen yet? Whoops!". So I go back in my room for another 30 minutes and then got up and left. I get that sometimes you have to wait with walk in clinics but forgetting you have a patient? Wow. I will never go back here.
