I had an appointment on 9/26/23 for my annual physical at Mercy Medical Group Midtown (3000 Q St, Sac). I arrived on time for my appointment, I checked in by filling out the paper slip provided in a tray at the front desk. I put the slip of paper in the check in tray and sat down to wait to be called. I waited over 30 minutes and then finally the front desk staff called me up. They told me I didn't have a co-pay and they had me fill out a cancer screening questionnaire.
