I would not recommend. I originally went in for a neck pain consultation. Instead, they scheduled me a visit with a hand surgeon and referred me later to a neck specialist. They doubled/tripled my healthcare expenses and I'm still in pain without answers to-date.

Reception is rude and unprofessional. This is an experience of several visits and each time greeted with unprofessional front desk personnel.

Reception area was randomly closed due to a staff meeting. I received no notification of this. Literally nobody looks like they even want to be there.

But that's not how it works at Mercy. You call and get an operator with NO medical training, who will "send a message" to the doctor. Then you wait. And wait. Heaven help you if there's a misunderstanding... read more
