This is my second visit with her and I had to wait 20 minutes in the exam room before she showed up. I had to get her MA to find her to let her know my parking meter was going to expire in 15 minutes. She then came inside and we rushed through discussing my MRI. My first visit she had me wait 15 minutes. When I checked in at the front desk they stated she was On Time. Not sure why I have to wait so long for her to come into the exam room.
Dr brown listens and gives you recommendations that r not just chemicals. She takes the time to listen to ur pain levels and isnt just trying to turn n burn ur experience. Ive had 10 knee surgeries and all the drs just treat you like ur just a number. But not Sutter and not Dr Brown. She treats you like a human and prescribes more than just meds. The doctor was very thorough in my evaluation and made several recommendations to aid in my recovery.
She was very nice and professional. She gave me options for my healthcare needs and I felt comfortable with her and felt that she listened. I would highly recommend her.
