Dr. Jeyasingh is such a great and professional family physician. Absolutely very helpful every time we need her. She's been our family Doctor since I came here in Canada.
No one ever answers the phone. On the off chance that I FINALLY get a doctors appointment after calling consistently for days, the staff forgets to email certain prescriptions. VERY unprofessional!
I have been calling this clinic for over a week and can not believe how impersonal they are. No. one ever answers the phone, and you can not leave a voice message; so how is one supposed to make an appointment? Can t do it on line because they do not have a website. Very poor for a new clinic wanting customers!
