People please watch that your loved one is not being treated by Dr. Jones, extreme bad ego he suffers from small man syndrome. I suffer from many heart issues and because he doesn't know what to do, he stated he will not treat me. It was like being in a horror show listening to him. I have much time to file complaints and the best thing I have all interactions taped. This is my opinion. Get ready for the ride Benny.

Charge nurse in ICU is awful!!! I can’t believe I came from Fl to OR less than 24 hours of my husband being put on a Ventilator. Visiting hours were over at eight I arrived at 8:33. She allowed me to stay.till 8:45 PM and there is no mistake in those numbers less than 15 minutes with a husband who is on a ventilator mind you because visiting hours were over to find out the next morning a non-family member stayed from 930 till 2 AM. this is the most disgusting thing I have ever been through.!!

I had a recent visit with Mercy Emergency Department and hospital stay and I wanted to share my experience. I had loss of hearing in one ear and blurred vision. It took a few hours to see a doctor, but they ordered CT scans and then recommended that I be admitted into the hospital for a Head MRI to rule out a possible stroke. All of this took about 8 hours before I got into a hospital room. My hospital stay was for one day and the service I received was absolutely Stellar.
