First off. I was involved in a car and was brought in by ambulance and got put out in the waiting room as soon as I got here. how tf does that happen? Second, there no reason I should be in the waiting what so ever if I’m brought in by ambulance. And I was waiting to go get a X-ray done for over a hour. Like wtf kinda ppl do y’all having working here
RecommendedOn December 22 2019 I had a heart attack. My wife rushed me to the hospital. I went to Mercy they had me in the emergency room. And a heart team at my side with in 5 minutes working on me. I was in the hospital 5 days came out on Dec 27. Doctor Lico's cardiac team was awesome. In and out know problems. The whole recovery Team was awesome. They let you know everything that is going happen. You just have to listen to them and the whole experience will be more easier. I don't have know desire to go back there again. Worst place to go. Here with my fiance from 4pm until 10pm and we still here and these mfs still aint told us what is wrong!!! Press the button for a nurse took them almost 10 minutes to come to the room when they been up there at the desk gossiping the whole time!!!You better go to Aultman you better!!!

RecommendedMy aunt was brought in by ambulance to the hospital last night. While she is receiving excellent care on the floor, the emergency room personnel were lackadaisical, uncaring and pompous. They have a long way to go if they're going to put the stamp of the Cleveland Clinic on its doors. Attrocious care and yes.... everything is well documented. By the way, that "this is a one time thing" diagnosis BS has lasted 21 hours. Shame on the ER. Thank God the floor nurses took the time to fully assess the problem!

RecommendedI had my daughter via scheduled C-section at Mercy Medical Center on August 19th. The overall experience was excellent and we were thrilled with the care we received. Some of the staff went above and beyond, including Emily, Elizabeth, Aubrie, Traci, Jenny, Monica, Sandi, Linda, and Kiera. They calmed many of my first time mom concerns, and truly cared for us with compassion and kindness. It felt like they were invested in myself and my family on every visit. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your care!
