RecommendedI was induced unexpectedly and delivered my baby at Mercy. From the moment I walked into Labor and Delivery everyone was so welcoming, supportive and friendly. The nurses we had were wonderful and so helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of us! 💗

After 3 visits to Mercy for the same thing, and after waiting over a month for debilitating migraines, I went to today in tears, sobbing on the floor and was told there was nothing they could do but recommend a neurologist that may take weeks to get back to me. In the meantime apparently it's okay for me to take between 12-20 OTC painkillers every single day. Every single day that I can't drive, eat, function, or get out of bed. Worse experience in myblife been in this place for over 6hrs knowing that i been in pain and never onc3 offered me nothing, tuen told me they were discharging me and not even telling me nothing. Been over a hpur waiting on my discharge
I've had such a great experience here at mercy hospital! everyone in pre op and post op anesthesiologist were great but a special shout out to Breanna a RN on the second floor she's been so kind patient and caring! she's done everything she can to see that I'm comfortable and went beyond expectations taking great care of me!
The staff at Mercy has always been very polite and professional every time I go there. I would recommend going their for service.
Horrible er service. Was taken in by ambulance just to be thrown in the waiting room. Was there for 6 hours and never even seen the dr on staff. Had test ran and that was it. Pressed the call light 2x and both times nobody came in to help. The entire time I was there they never gave me fluids or anything for my nausea. When asked they said i basically was fine and sent me home with no results. Never even saw the actual Dr on the floor.. The only 2 nice people I saw there were the ekg tech Cassondra and the radiology people. ... read more
