I've been a patient here since 2020...I ALWAYS encounter kindness and helpfulness during each visit
I had a family member that was admitted a couple weeks ago and we had a PCT kattia her customer service was top-tier. She was very attentive .Kattia took very good care of My loved one. Kattia also kept me updated on what was going as far as my loved ones care. This was the best experience I had at Mercy l Hospital. I Pray and hope Ms. Christian-Jules receives great feedback or some kind of incentive. Her customer service is amazing she treats all her patient’s as if they were her loves one.
If you have any emergency this is not the best place to get cared for. I brought in a friend and we have been waiting for over 8 hrs to be seen. Its terrible...
There slow as hell when it comes to patient like it’s no way I be siting here all day if I come in at 11:03 I shouldn’t be siting here for 3 hours just to be seen
