PA Eva Below; ie Employee Health During my visit, the physician was noticeably cold and dismissive when discussing my past health history. Their demeanor felt distant, and they did not engage with me in a supportive or understanding way. This approach made the interaction uncomfortable and left me feeling unheard and judged Mercy should seek a more compassionate approach when selecting a PA for the onboarding process. She was also condescending and rude. My experience with in this process was discouraging!
Medical records never answer the phone calls . And still closed?? Due to COVID like is been done already as long you wear a mask only hospital tarts till have the medical records closed !! Unbelievable !!!!!! And security women rudeeeeeeeeeee and unprofessional
I love Mercy! All the health providers there are really nice & treat me very well. Wait time is perfect! I never wait long. After all I’m there to receive the best care & that’s what I get every time. Also, I delivered both my babies at Mercy & was cared for through out my pregnancies. What an amazing team!
