I was charged $201.00 for an office visit. I inquired about the high bill and was told there are 5 or 6 different levels of office visits they charge for and mine was a level 3 or 4 depending on who you talk to. I then asked for a break down of the different levels and what kind of care I'm supposed to get at each level. Nobody could explain it where if made sense to me. These people are LIARS and crooks! I called St. Luke’s for an appointment for an outpatient test. The woman told me that the test would be $350.00. She volunteered this information. At the hospital, I was taken to a cubicle and again told the test would be $350.00. I was asked to sign a paper stating that I would pay whatever my insurance company did not. I cant even give it 1 star! We had a procedure done for our daughter-- waited over 2 hours for a scheduled surgery- then-- 2 months later - we get a bill for Professional Fees--- was told it was to Use The Facility!! NO wonder why the local call this hospital- the MORGUE!!
What can I say? I can write a book of horrors about this hospital. Avoid this place if you can, or do your homework before you go there. I would not wish even for my enemies end up in "dignity care", that how Glendale memorial calls now.
Was treated well there, the food I couldnt' eat because it was all carbs and I have had heart bypass, so was specially weak. It's impossible to get anyone to answer the danged phone so the after program is useless
Terrible service and expensive. After waiting in the ER for almost 45 minutes, the doctors had no idea what was causing the pain in my right kidney. They gave me a prescription for pain killers and a $5k bill. Thanks.

The doctors there don't know anything about sicknesses and illnesses. when a patient goes into the emergency room to get treatment, it takes 10 hours until they take them inside the intensive treatment room, and they take almost all of your blood, saying that it's for checking the condition of the patient. Every single hour they take half liter, in 10 hour you count how many liter they taking alltoghter. The nurse practitioner Derek Brock is arrogant and talks down to you. I will not see another nurse practitioner here again.
