I do not even want to give this place a 1-star, to be quite honest. I am going unnamed out of fear of retaliation; however, I feel I need to address serious concerns at Marian Center in Springfield. On behalf of my employees and me, the distasteful management here says enough about this place. You will constantly be accused of bullying or starting drama when, in fact, it is the big boss, RB, who is guilty of bullying her staff members. This place is worse than a prison and everybody needs to know for the sake of their health and well-being. I wish I could do negative stars. It doesn't matter who you are or what you need help with, you will not leave this place any better. You actually get worse. They treat you like criminals and scum. They do not think that family supporting loved ones in there is necessary and needed. They push family away and keep them in the dark.
