A very negative experience. Too much to write, but no follow-up after compression garments were ordered and 3 months later when they were finally received, no communication from the therapist I worked with. She forgot to do certain measurements which caused delay, she had extreme mood swings and was sweet one day and nasty the next... terrible experience.

I have been trying to get an appointment with this place for the past month and its always some excuse. The only option you have is to leave a voice mail which are never returned. The only way to get any help to even answer a question was to drive 30 miles and get in someones face. When I was able to speak to someone in person they told me that the code was wrong on the order. I met with Alison just a few days before my breast surgery. I had an immediate connection with her. I was the first patient to get measured on the new "machine". She started treating me after my surgery and I have to say that she was my saving grace. Her skills and knowledge are superior and she goes up and beyond. She listens, really listens. Cathy was my OT and was lovely! She helped me soo much! Also, Stacey filled in a couple times and was also great. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else for PT after breast surgery!!!
