Here it goes.. Am not going to talk about its facilities , building and smile of a doctor. All i need from Emergency care was treatment to my wife when she was not able to walk, sit, speak since she lost all her energy . Severe diarrhea and vomiting. We waited in registration for 15mins - receptionist asked lot of questions and history . Then a nurse came and asked for same question started with "whats going on? " . This hospital should be named Mercy less hospital. I was in emergency for 7 hours. The staff was so understaffed as to seem very unprofessional. I was poked and pricked countless times before they got blood and stuck an IV in. I was in so much pain and they made it worse. I was transferred to U.W. Hospital in Madison Wisconsin...It was like night and day...the CEO is paid around 4million a year...a bit excessive for a non profit hospital. Been going to them for 5 plus years for the same thing ( cyst removal) everytime I schedule they have me on the phone for 20 plus minutes trying to get me scheduled for a consultation for something I have been seeing them for, which could be avoided if they look in my past appointments and see that I have never had a consult they just schedule me for the procedure. I would give 'no stars'. I would not recommend this system unless you would like to be defrauded. Long story short I gave this system a second chance after they billed me for services I was told by them and the insurance company were covered. The 'second chance' I made an appointment and told the receptionist I was coming in for preventative care only. I ended up being billed again for the services and told they could not change it as it would be defrauding the insurance company. After talking to them and the insurance compa... read more

First the ER blonde female PA sent me home while I was having a stroke which got worse the next day. I could have gotten locked in syndrome or died. She was totally incompetent and missed obvious symptoms. Slurred speech, uneven gait, one sided facial drooping. She should have known that a cat scan doesn't catch an ischemic stroke. An MRI caught it the next day thanks to the radiologist. But not before another cat scan that alerted the radiologist to suggest the MRI. This Hospital Is Amazing. I did a surgery and they attended me very well. the doctor has good hands and they have alot of expertise. Carlos E. Weigering is the best plastic surgeon in the world
