I am blessed to have access to such great care. Everyone was extremely friendly and once I was seen the process was streamline and painless. Everyone was very organized and on top of things. Thank you to everyone involved!
Kelly at the reception was kind and upbeat. Alan the Cat scan tech was warm. In and out in less than an hour.
Guess they haven't figured out how to communicate with the doctors.Wasted time and money seeing a surgeon, only to find out that the MRI results had not been shared with the her. So now I have to pick up the results myself and drive 70 miles out of my way to see the surgeon gets them. Horrible experience. My wife's was no better.
I'm only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at an outpatient health care facility. We were told to be here an hour before procedure time and we arrived as instructed. We waited over 40 minutes to have labs drawn. Thirty minutes before procedure (MRI) we were still waiting in the lab. A preprocedure medication was due 30 minutes before the MRI.
