On hold 20 plus minutes to confirm an appointment. Horrendous. Dignity Health is failing.
Had an appt scheduled for today. Received a text confirmation and email confirmation and yet they didn’t have my appointment logged in their system. I drive 40 mins for the appointment and they couldn’t even fit me in despite it being their screw up. Now they are expecting me to drive all the way back for an appointment on a different day. NO. What they should be doing is calling the Sacramento location (which is closer) until they can find an appointment cancelation where I could be squeezed in.
