If anyone is looking the best place to get their mammogram at Dignity Health Imaging I would suggest going to the one in Elk Grove off of Wymark Road. After having a bad experience at the location downtown Sacramento on C street I was nervous about going. At the Elk Grove location: Their front staff was welcoming and efficient. This is regarding the Radiology Department and specifically the Walk-In Hours posted on the website for X-Rays for the Elk Grove, CA location. The hours posted are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. I arrived there before 4:45 p.m. and there is a sign posted “X-Ray Closed”. I stated the hours to the person at the Front Desk and it didn’t matter to her. How does this help patients who can only get there after 4:00 p.m. due to their work schedule? Their appointment number just keeps you on hold, I’ve tried calling different times and can’t reach anyone. I called this office directly for help and the lady said it’s just a long queue, can I put you on hold and did not come back to the phone.
