I cannot say Thank You enough Dr. Massey & the staff at Unity Hospital!! I had a same day surgery today, and everyone of them acted in a friendly & most professional way. I have never been to this hospital before, and would not hesitate if needed to go back. Thank You All!
Getting horrible treatment here at Unity Hospital. We have an awesome Nurse Janet we can tell that she care about her patients. ER. DR. DANDELET does not care about his patients he was going to turn away a cancer patient because she was in pain? He flat out lied to us telling us that we have been discharged and if we wanted another opinion we had to check back into the ER. This man is awful. He is rude and has no business in and ER. A formal complaint will be filed with the hospital.
I have to say the staff at Unity Hospital was amazing !!! After being treated in the ER by an amazing staff I was moved up to 3 West where the fantastic treatment continued. A personal thanks to my Nursing staff that kept me calm in a very scary time. (Thanks to Rosa and Jenny on the night shift on Friday 11/20/15 and Kelly on the day shift Saturday 11/21/15) You were all amazing and I hope Unity knows what great people they have representing them. If I could rate for negative ten I would, this hospital have the worst staff ever. The triage nurses are rude and unpleasant and unless you are on your death bed do not go there. My baby had a fever of 104 constant all day so I took her in, we sat in the ER for 2 hours. The triage nurse said there is nothing wrong with my baby, we ended up going to another hospital near by where she was seen right away and treated.
The staff are caring and wonderful. They are a credit to the medical community! Unity is a great hospital.
Friendly, helpful staff. Pretty clean environment. More selections on food would be a help. More seating in patients rooms.
