Zero stars if I could. Here are the highlights: Admitted on a Friday- feed only jello and applesauce until Monday afternoon when surgery was approved and performed. Went 12 hours overnight Saturday with no pain medication and when spouse asked why was told by the nurse " Oh I guess we forgot" Taken to surgery without notifying spouse. Spouse shows up- patient is missing! Spouse told to sit and wait while they paged the nurse because no one could tell spouse he was in surgery. Surgeon tells patient and spouse he can eat and... read more

Too bad zero stars is not a thing. My dad was admitted via the ER and sat for days on end waiting for one doctor to give approval for another one to perform a very needed surgery. As he sat waiting we found he was not given any pain medication for over 12 hours because "the nurse forgot" as yes I quote that as those were her words when we asked about pain management. Then they took him for the surgery without notifying anyone so imagine the horror when my mom got there to find him missing! None of the nurses would tell her a... read more

I found the doctor to be very condescending, and she didn't listen to my serious concerns about the medications she had prescribed for me. Her first diagnosis of me was way out in left field, unlike any diagnosis that other psychiatrists had made in the past. Also, her staff members (especially Ashley) were very rude. They should not be working with the public. The doctor looks to be in her 50s but has only been practicing for about two years. Maybe she just needs to gain some more experience working with actual patients.

Absolutely the worst ER ever. People even come by ambulance and most are put in waiting room. Hours and hours of waiting. They check your vitals every two hours. While we were there 4 other people checked their selves out, one was brought by ambulance. Then my daughter checked herself out. We had been there for 6 hours. Every person there was seen and some released but not her. We asked when she would be seen. Their answer was " we have no idea". Really poor service. Go elsewhere. Avoid this ER !!!!!

Don't answer calls for weeks, don't set up appointments after you've sent them the paperwork, takes them about an hour and a half to see the doctor, A senior citizen woman was hospitalized for possible stroke and it took 13 hours before a doctor came in her room, over 24 hours no diagnosis, and over 17 hours no MRI. DO NOT use this hospital.

I've been going to this clinic for MANY years, this year they charged us a co pay for our annual physical. I called our insurance who called the office to explain there shouldn't be a co pay. The clinic staff member was rude to my insurance and stated I need to call the clinic to see why a co pay was charged. When I did it was because the doctor asked about our meds so that's considered a separate visit. Every year they asked us about our med during out annual check up. Now they sent us to collection for a co pay that s... read more

the hosptial sent my son to collections for $4.00, yes 4.00. He has two insurance and they sent him to collection. REALLY Like they didn't get enough from both insurance. You can not pay the bill at all and nothing happens, but you pay your bill and get sent to collection. Plus they never sent the bill for the $4.00. Shame on you MERCY

Unpleasant Experience with Dr. Frangos We initially saw Dr. Frangos when my daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 5. Unfortunately, from the start, we didn’t feel comforted or confident in the process. We switched to Children’s Hospital downtown, but the longer drive and unfriendly receptionists made it challenging. Eventually, we returned to Dr. Frangos. Although we managed our daughter’s condition well, Dr. Frangos insisted on unnecessary visits, claiming it was an insurance requirement. When I questioned thi... read more

I would rate them a zero if I could. They have the worst customer service in Lebanon. I tried telling the Dr what I wanted but she insisted that's not what I needed, basically ignoring me and treating me like I don't know what works best for me. The exam was basically done twice. Once by the assistant and once by the Dr. Why?? I was a little early for my appointment but actually got to go back rather late, when I came out (around 4:30) and wanted to look at frames that part of the office was closed. The sign says open from 8... read more
