. It proves that I was not taken care of at Mercy. Very disrespectful, lack of bedside manner, no compassion. I did not feel like a human being. I will never go back to Mercy ER.

Sorry, run out of space, it continues here ....something to with urine sample and left the room without saying a word. Soon, two young ladies, nurse assistants walked into the room with an EKG machine to do a test on me, they put the little stickers on the upper part of my body to do the EKG test, did not take long, again, no hello, just walked into the room, acted like I was not even there like they were going to work on a robot. First, I would like to say, I don't know why you send these types of surveys to patients, you really DO NOT CARE AT ALL WHEN PATIENTS COMPLAIN. I have had many bad experiences with Mercy, this last was my last trip. If the sisters that founded this medical care facility knew how bad your providers treat some of the patients, they would be devastated. Mercy upper lip (elite) doctors care sh....t about minorities. If I could give this hospital a 0 I would because the nurses and receptionists are bitchy and rude and disrespectful and got major attitude problems

I would add, that while I understand the need for paperwork, I don't understand how I can have paperwork for an out patient endoscopic procedure at another hospital that I've never been to, that is a mere 1/3rd of what I was requested to fill out for a referral consultation. I know they don't have my records, as they told me well ahead of time and they send me my required paperwork in the mail so I could fill it out without having to wait in admission to do it. Had a referral to one of their urologists for a trace of blood in my urine. My physician wasn't terribly concerned about it but wanted to have a specialist take a look. I agreed. I showed up to the hospital 30 minutes prior. My appointment, being at 1:00pm, but it took me nearly 25 minutes just to find a place to park. There was ample parking around the complex but it's all zoned off for " patients only, with bars across the entrance/exit. Literally hundreds of spaces available all over, but you can't get to them. Terrible. Hospital is great. Primary care is not. Yukon clinic has the worst staff ever. Especially Amanda Oblander and Nes Pinaroc. I made the mistake of trusting that these two believed in the Hippocratic Oath. I'l never make that mistake again.

I highly recommend avoiding the ER at Mercy (NoMercy), if at all possible. If you must go there, be sure to document every single minute of your visit. I am not talking simply writing down times on a scrap piece of paper, but video recording the entire visit. Their billing practices are highly unethical, as they are a firm believer in dishonesty, extortion, and fraud.
