I moved to NWA a year ago and immediately established care with a primary care physician (Dr Elliot) at Mercy Clinic and Emergency Services in Bella Vista , AR The admissions people are very friendly and well trained. They introduced me to their patient portal which is easy to access on my cell phone. You can set up physician visits, see diagnostic test results, and view your medical record. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Wife had bad case of strep so we googled urgent care and when we arrived I asked the employee if it was urgent care or ER. They replied Urgent care. I then asked if I would be charged urgent care rates and not ER. The front desk employees confirmed. We waited for 4 hours. We eventually went back and they hooked her up to IV for 2 minutes and a doctor shined a light in her throat for 3 seconds.
