They don't allow for a rating of zero, so I had to put 1. Not all staff are nice, some are disrespectful and rude. Dr didn't listen to my concerns about over medicating my son. Worst of all, they gave a flu shot to my son without my consent. I have heard from a friend whose mother had a bad experience there as well. Avoid this place!!!!

Unbelievably bad care.... from the ER front desk, to the aftercare. Nurses, doctors, not a good one in the bunch. There was MAYBE one nurse that wasn't wearing a bottle of perfume, and it goes downhill from there. The food wasn't edible anyway - but the actual care by the supposed professionals forced me to decide to check myself out.
In January of 2024 we approached Dr. Hamann for assistance with a crucial matter: a statement of support for the preauthorization of eye surgery for our nine-year-old son. Despite our efforts, Dr. Hamann outright refused to help. We had already secured three brief statements of support from our son's various eye specialists and merely needed Dr. Hamann to review these and provide her own statement. I have visited Dr Gadela two years in a row as my primary physician. So my thoughts are compiled from more than just one visit. The visits are usually very rushed (not more than 15min in total) and with the priority of making sure the list is checked off rather than investing a few minutes in understanding the needs of the patient. This hospital has horrible bedside manners. Very unprofessional!!! It's so unprofessional to the point it's disturbing and I wouldn't even trust them as a patient.
The Dr. Lied, He told my wife to come in for a procedure in the emergency room and when she got there they said we don't do those procedures here, stay here for 3 nights and we will transfer you to a better Hospital. Dirty emergency rooms and bad nurses because they refused to clean up the toilets with feces on them. If you are a Allina member, go directly to Mercy Hospital, much better care. ZERO stars!!!!! If I could give them that.
The staff and management at this location does not care about their patients. I was there and said that I get anxiety and trouble breathing when I wear a mask. They took me to an exam room and a manager came into the room and started yelling at me for refusing to wear a mask and that I was being disruptive. I was talking calmly but the manager was yelling.
