Our first son was born here a few years ago and we had such a great experience. We just returned today after our second son’s birth and it was another amazing experience. We are so thankful for the nurses, doctors, and overall staff for their care. Cannot recommend Mercy enough!
Emergency room is slower than Maine medical. The young girl at the counter stays on her phone doesn’t notice me waiting and the lady that was scanning had to help me cause she was sitting at the desk on her phone. The lady behind her couldn’t hear me and she still remains in her phone and doesn’t try and help. No professionalism only one lady at the front was helpful and remained professional and not on her phone.
