Our first son was born here a few years ago and we had such a great experience. We just returned today after our second son’s birth and it was another amazing experience. We are so thankful for the nurses, doctors, and overall staff for their care. Cannot recommend Mercy enough!
Emergency room is slower than Maine medical. The young girl at the counter stays on her phone doesn’t notice me waiting and the lady that was scanning had to help me cause she was sitting at the desk on her phone. The lady behind her couldn’t hear me and she still remains in her phone and doesn’t try and help. No professionalism only one lady at the front was helpful and remained professional and not on her phone. It’s the worst experience I ever had in my whole life with Sarah dodqe.I’ve been going to Mercy for years now. I really love it. I love my family, Doctor Donahey believe that’s his name, I had an appointment for heart testing. I talked to Sarah Dodqe maybe her last name wrong. She was really rude, not a professional. hang up the phone on me three times kept calling she never responded or any of her colleague. they are really bad over there specially Sarah not recommended. I don’t wanna see her at all.
The doctors don’t care about you. Over worked and underpaid. Why should they care. Went into ER wasn’t seen for 3 hours and 45 mins. Doctor was short with his responses like it was a timed test. I felt patronized and unseen. I hate going to the ER and leaving like I wasn't really looked at. I've never seen a doctor for more than 3 mins!
