very rude. operator and house manager on duty tonight 6/14/2019....my daughter was assaulted by a security guard tonight by the name of Roezell Johnson i called the the house manager and she never interviewed my daughter ofvthe incident. poor management staffing

Tried calling the billing department to paid my account in full , the customer service is the worst ever , the representative was yawning on the phone and kept me on hold for a long time ... when all I wanted to do is pay off my balance ugh!
I love Mercy Hospital! They diagnosed me with MS after doing a MRI. I started my therapy the next week because I wasn't able to walk. I was able to go home in 3 weeks after regaining my mobility. Thanks so much!
