I received excellent care at Mercy Rehab Hospital, and two doctors sent me home with orders for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and bath assistance. I have 5 broken bones as the result of a car accident. Debbie from Mercy Home Care came out and had me get in and out of bed and asked a couple of questions. She then told me I am not qualified. They are not reliable by any means. People just think of them being great because of the name. Please, don't be fooled. They will decline patients and not give a reason. Do not choose them.
