For me, the experiences I've Dr Todd and staff, were absolutely fantastic with me. Dr Todd met me,with genuine friendliness. Great sense of humor. I've had 3 encounters w/him. He's been very helpful, friendly and funny. He's my New E.R dr.
Paid $40 copay to have the doctor indicate that due to my very swollen tonsils that I need to go to the emergency room. Then proceed to call and leave 2 voice mails asking for information of the er Dr diagnosis. Unprofessional and unacceptable!
Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. Not a lot that could be dine for my situation but happy I was in and out quickly with a staff that was excellant
At first it was a little sketchy, however it turned out out to be a very good experience, very thorough and the doctor was hilarious. Everyone did a great job.
