I arrived here at 6:44pm for a 7:00pm CT scan. Minding my own patient business. Let’s start with me just letting the representative that greeting my partner that he was with me, and rude unprofessional response was “ I don’t care who is as long as he didn’t need me”. I have been impressed with every aspect of Trinity Health. My primary is here and I have used several of their specialty doctors and they have all been tremendous. I wouldn't go any place else. All of the staff, from the people who check you in to the doctors are kind and caring and they listen when you speak.

Very unorganized, Every time I came here it's only one doctor and the waiting time is ridiculous. I came in needing stitches arrived at doctor's room with a laceration on my right arm at 5:30pm and came out almost at 9pm like everyone else was more important. On top of that the doctor said I'll order some X-rays to make sure there isn't any objects and will stitch it up. 2 hours later he shows up. 4 1/2 hours is unacceptable but none of them care and please don't let me start with the staff standing chatting for hours.

I would appreciate it if they can get the front desk team at the physician's office upstairs to make eye contact with you when you check in. Instead of hiding behind their large monitors with all of the junk on their desk.
