If this wasn’t the closest ER to Cedar I would never go here. They didn’t send us a statement until march for a visit in January which is fine other than they tell you, you have 3 months to pay your bill and then they send it to collections. They’ll call and harass you every 7 days until your bill is paid in full. It’s now 2 weeks after we received the first statement and are now saying if the bill isn’t paid in full by next Friday it’s going to be sent to collections.
Very nice staff. Shout out to Dr Haddad, Matthew, and Karen. Very friendly and helpful.
