Had my first visit this past week and I’m so glad I switched to Trinity Healthcare! They have everything you need under one roof (literally) which is very convenient as you get older. Tina the nurse who I saw first was so sweet and welcoming. I saw Sarah Meyle NP and it was like a breath of fresh air. She actually listened to me which we all know doesn’t always happen at other offices. Highly recommend!
This morning we had very poor customer service experience with the front desk/receptionist named Tammy. There was no kind greeting, seemed annoyed to be there, albeit it was early. But we were there with our young child at the ER- we certainly did not want to be in that situation, but to have someone so unpleasantly greet us added to our already unfortunate circumstance. THEY GAVE MY INFANT A VACCINE I DID NOT CONSENT TO. Every appointment I had something went wrong. Waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room past my appointment time, inaccurately recording my child’s measurements, giving the incorrect vaccine… to name a few. Never once did they come in for any immunization stating what they were giving out loud, the dose, or the child’s name. I should have advocated more. This is how an incorrect vaccine was given. The staff here are pretty bad people. they all looked and talked to me like they could care less about me, they seemed to think i was pathetic just because i was a grown man crying. it even looked like they were upset by my presence alone, and i wasn’t making. disturbance or anything like that by any means. so this totally ruined my opinion of them, i’ve never been to a trinity health location and now i understand if the person is having any mental health/addiction issues. this is not your place.
