I saw bad reviews in the waiting room but im shocked at that. I was promptly helped. Respected. And the experience was wayyyyy better then the downtown Butterworth emergency room. I might even switch my provider service with my insurance company o avoid corwell in the future after this level of service.
This was the best emergency care I have ever experienced!! From checking in, triage, and stay, I had the best team and care. It was a night and day difference from butterworth (my usual). I will come here from now on if I ever have another emergency. Unless you need a trama unit (even then I’d still recommend anywhere else), avoid butterworth at all costs!! I’m honestly shocked by the bad reviews, I went here for severe pain in my groin and was taken back to be seen immediately, tests were performed so quickly and I was given a diagnosis (kidney stones) very fast. The staff was amazing, so kind and thorough. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to a friend and had a 10/10 experience!
