My doctor who treats me for my mental health here refused to assist me with writing me an emotional support animal letter when I am clearly eligible based on my disability. So I am firing this practice. They said have either a therapist or psychiatrist write it. I have neither of these so I'll take my insurance elsewhere!
Hold times of over an hour to speak with anyone to schedule an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.
