None of my concerns were addressed, I will never be back. I had a first time appointment as a new patient and was barely even looked at, no blood drawn, nothing. What an absolute joke.
Phone interactions were terrible, non English speaking scheduler! What Da??? No!
Was a patient of Dr Stewart-Jayne’s for over 10 years. Had an appointment scheduled but my husband told them I was pretty ill and that we were out of the area and would take us an hour and a half to get there. He had to get me up and help get me dressed. We were 5 minutes late..and I kid you not, they turned us away. He was livid and rightly so. I ended up at the ER and was admitted for 5 days. There is NO loyalty to their patients.
