Was a patient of Dr Stewart-Jayne’s for over 10 years. Had an appointment scheduled but my husband told them I was pretty ill and that we were out of the area and would take us an hour and a half to get there. He had to get me up and help get me dressed. We were 5 minutes late..and I kid you not, they turned us away. He was livid and rightly so. I ended up at the ER and was admitted for 5 days. There is NO loyalty to their patients. Dr Stewart-Jaynes is so kind and caring.Everyone is friendly and never long waiting time.
Recently my wife had a cancer scare. After going thru biopsy we were not informed of any possible life changing news. The Dr had the results for 2 days & never contacted us ! She had her office make a surgical consult visit but never talked to us !!we had to talk to the biopsy lab 5 days later to find out it wasn't malignant. Shame on Dr. Peggy H. Such an important & stressful time for us & you couldn't pick up a phone ! You will never touch my family again !!!!
