First time going. So far I like it.
I have been with Dr Schermer when she was known as Dr Willhardt. She is a very caring and compassionate individual. The transition from Westshore to Lakes has been different, but I am adjusting. It just feels less personal at The Lakes. It also feels as if Dr Schermer is busier now than before and that is sad. Her first available appointment is 4 months away. I can be seen by an associate, but not by MY Dr. The medical system is over taxed, but her skills are excellent.
