I've been going to Dr. Booth for 35 years, until he retired in July 2020. It took me over 2 months to get me and my grandchildren an appointment for today. Upon arrival we were screened for covid19, which is a good practice. However, when they demanded we take off our masks and wear their masks, I objected. The surgical masks DO NOT PROTECT THE PERSON WEARING THEM ONLY OTHERS ON THE OTHER END OF THOSE MASKS. Dr. Kyle is great!! Nurse Rita is one of the best empathic nurses I've ever met. They make this office a very professional and safe personal place to be.
I'm surprised at the negative reviews as I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. The office staff has always been professional. The PA I go to is Ann Bays and I have seen Valerie Ahern, and both are excellent and their staff has always been friendly. I have also seen Dr. Rop and he is not as personable but very professional. I get my refills easily also. I have no complaints.
Trying to get a prescription refilled UGH! called friday at 8:30 am. It's after 4:30 on Monday still no script😒
