I've had so many issues with this place in the past decade. I stayed simply because changing doctors is a hassle... but I'm really over it. Everyone is so rude, there are frequently mistakes made, and no one ever owns those or apologizes for them. They act like they're doing me some huge favor instead of acknowledging that I'm paying them, not the other way around.
