Nurse practitioner here was so terrible she was borderline being illegally bad. It's not a matter of if but when someone will die from her neglect and inability to do her job. Also, not sure why but this is the ONLY doctor's office EVERY TIME I walk in someone is saying something really racist. What are these medical people doing to make it clear to their patients they can loudly be racist and make other patients like me feel UN-safe? Dr. Hatt should be ashamed of all of this.
