I was well taken care of. Everyone who helped me was extremely nice and compassionate.
Gets me what I want very attentive
I was allowed to go into the BR following a procedure ( I was in postop recovery)where I was given anesthesia and I was not fully awake. I was left in the BR alone where I fell onto my right side onto metal wheelchair. I was then sent to ER to be evaluated and was made to wait until everyone in the ER already was seen first . It was awful.
The ER was so overcrowded. My mom (patient) and I were in the ER hallway for 8 hours. The staff was doing the best they could to keep up with the volume of patients but there were people everywhere. HIPAA sure didn't apply.
