The entire staff treat you like family. Anything you need or desire, if it’s available they will get it for you. Everyone is very educated on their jobs there is never a question unanswered. During my first chemo three weeks ago I brought along three of my bridge buddies and they made our accommodations perfect. We even had free lunches

they are very polite. They work with you to make a good choice for your health.

of course, the care was outstanding. What I love is the Christian element in the care my husband and I both received. From everyone to the doctors, nurses, aids, and dietary, they all treated us with so much love and compassion. I was able to spend every night in my husbands room and I was taken care of also. I appreciate everything and everyone. I appreciated that all of the rooms are private.
When my husband and I started going there a few years ago, it was very nice. It has since changed drastically. They don't have many of the amenities that they used to have, The people at the front desk are not as knowledgeable as they used to be, They nurses are still very kind but very stressed, and I was misdiagnosed twice at the ER. Also they are charging a "facility" fee that is not covered by insurance, we have had bills as high as $500.00 for a facility fee, more commonly known as "clinic" fee.
