First, is my hysterectomy with Dr Slatter went well and she seemed to care when I had a concern after the surgery. Sarah also seems very compassionate with responding in mychart even though sometimes it took a few days for a response. However I will never be returning here. The wait times are outrageous. I was scheduled for pre op on a Friday and the pre op nurse isn't even in the office, so I sat and waited almost an hour before saying something at the front counter and then they tell me shes not here, unbelievable. I tried to like this place. They’re nice when you’re actually there but never EVER answer their phone and they have made mistake after mistake. And multiple times they have misled and misinformed me. And yes, they’re human, but this is my healthcare we’re talking about. Unacceptable. I will probably be switching.

From day one, 3 years ago, I have had one issue after another. it took 5 attempts to schedule my first appointment. I was disconnected, left voice messages, etc. The office had a good recommendation, so I persisted. The next year, it was easier because my appointment was made at the last one. My pap was abnormal and I did not receive a phone call or an offer for an appointment to discuss, I had to reach out the office after seeing the results on My Chart to ask for clarification on what the results meant.
