They was so nice, each and every one of them, and the NP was a compassionate person, my surgeon did a great job? Minimal scaring and every S/E of the Letrozole he warned me and my husband and it was just about text book, he was very compassionate as well.
First, is my hysterectomy with Dr Slatter went well and she seemed to care when I had a concern after the surgery. Sarah also seems very compassionate with responding in mychart even though sometimes it took a few days for a response. However I will never be returning here. The wait times are outrageous. I was scheduled for pre op on a Friday and the pre op nurse isn't even in the office, so I sat and waited almost an hour before saying something at the front counter and then they tell me shes not here, unbelievable. I tried to like this place. They’re nice when you’re actually there but never EVER answer their phone and they have made mistake after mistake. And multiple times they have misled and misinformed me. And yes, they’re human, but this is my healthcare we’re talking about. Unacceptable. I will probably be switching.
Always backed up takes forever to be seen will schedule you for 2 o’clock won’t be called back until 4 literally its outrageous
