I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the services provided by your establishment. I initially chose this family medicine practice with the expectation of receiving superior care, particularly given the strong recommendation from an emergency room physician. Unfortunately, my experience has been profoundly disappointing. I am managing diabetes, and encountered an issue with obtaining my initial prescribed medication. Wish there was a negative star option…Ridiculously overcharged, Will NEVER go there again!! Update. If Greg from Mercy is reading this you deserve a promotion. Thank you for handling both charges and getting them erased.
