I am writing this review in hopes that the Doctor that I was seen by learns better bedside manners. I am still absolutely dumbfounded at the way I was spoken too right before I was discharged. I came in for a serious issue and was extremely scared and left feeling helpless and quite confused. I was having to ask her questions, felt belittled and felt I was being “punted” out. I have mixed feelings on this. When the hospital first opened I gave it a solid 5 stars in all aspects. For my experience at the lab on Monday 4/13 I'm only giving it 3 stars and that a stretch in my opinion. This is only my experience with one particular lab tech that I was unlucky enough to have been subjected to. I won't go into detail as I've already sent an email to the ex president of the hospital with the hopes of some type of disaplinary action taken to correct any future reoccurrence. Brought my son here on a Saturday night to the ER. It was completely dead. We checked in and sat there for 1 1/2 hrs while 7 other people checked in well behind us and got immediately called back. Never again.
