Mercy Hackley Hospital, Muskegon Very disappointing level of care, crowded noisy rooms, no privacy, HIPAA violations. Hospital staff spend very little time with patients, and doctors visits can be timed in seconds. Two people are in each room, separated by a curtain. I heard every test, consultation, medication, diagnosis, and private conversation of the person in the next bed.
