The ear, nose and throat Department was absolutely ridiculous. I waited for an hour and still never saw the Dr. I had to leave. That is the most disrespectful thing you can do is not value your patients time. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I cannot calmly explain the number of times this office has screwed me over. Your systems are awful, your doctors don't care about their patients, you bill people into oblivion threatening them with collections, your scheduling sucks and the list just goes on. I HATE Mercy Health. 15 years a patient and its finally time I will never recommend a single facility or doctor associated with Mercy health and I will never be seen there again. Garbage, just straight putrid garbage health care.
Anna Gibbons ., the mammogram tech is so kind and makes you relax. She has done my mammograms for the past four years. I am always glad when I see her as I know she will take good care of me. Thank you for the new machines.. much less painful.
I went in last Friday morning with abdominal pain. I was seen very fast and all the doctors/nurses/techs were very nice and reassuring. I ended up needing surgery and they took care of my transfer to the main hospital. Thank you Mercy Health for taking great care of me!
