Got referred to this practice, been twice and there is no treatment other than blood pressure pills and half attempt at vitals. I called for a sick visit they said I couldn’t be seen for 10 days and was told to go to the hospital ER if I was feeling bad. I understand the control substance thing as you won’t get any here. On this particular day I said can I be seen answer was no. I said can you order labs bc going to the hospital ER is extremely expensive and time consuming. Saw a Doctor that I don’t normally see and she was really wonderful. Great follow-up
this office is good, a couple of things to note if you consider becoming an established patient - there are no same day visits, they will not let you see anyone in the practice for any issue, sick visits any of that. they are basically handing urgent care business on a silver platter. the collaborative care model isn't a thing here, which is sad - one of the providers Sarah mason, has an attude and thinks she knows everything, she told me information that was presented as a fact but later did I find out it was her opinion. a... read more
