I have had no problem with Sarah or Dr trombley. The staff does not check messages. My Pharmacy has been trying to get a hold of them for over a month for my glp one. I am without medicine and they do not seem to care
Had my first child during the covid pandemic and this was one of the only places I could find accepting new patients. Was a great experience with Dr. Trombley and have never had any issues. I referred a family member to the practice in 2024 but they were told Dr. Trombley was no longer accepting new patients but they had a few female nurse practitioners that were. Was treated horribly by office staff.
Because I feel terrible right now I'm prolly a little angrier than I should be right now but just for everyone heads up, if you call they are now outsourcing patient calls overseas so somebody who doesn't really speak English or have any kind of medical experience will tell you how bad they feel for you and that they can't do anything while they put you on and off hold for 30 to 45 mins, and then they'll try and get you to stick around to answer a survey.
