The whole team is wonderful.
I saw Sara Mason in 2023, explained I hadn't seen a PCP in many years but I had a few concerns about my health as I've learned to track my symptoms in past years. She was dismissive, gave me 3 referrals and left the room without saying anything else. One of these referrals didn't even take my insurance unless I was pregnant, I can not get pregnant, that's been documented thoroughly in my medical history. Sarah is an amazing. She is always kind, attentive, and truly listens. She pays attention to details and does everything she can to help
I have had no problem with Sarah or Dr trombley. The staff does not check messages. My Pharmacy has been trying to get a hold of them for over a month for my glp one. I am without medicine and they do not seem to care
