This was the best comprehensive examination I’ve ever had. A plan of action was established with a clear goal of achievement.
Dr Mahmood is wonderful, but the woman answering the phones is the RUDEST woman I have ever talked to working at a doctors office! She’s immediately got attitude, and doesn’t care to work with your schedule.
The doctor might be great, but the person answering the phone for appointments is so rude, I'll go somewhere else just to avoid dealing with her again. Seriously, you work in healthcare. The person calling you is making an appointment to deal with a medical issue - maybe even one that severely impacts the quality of their life. If you're such a malignant harpy that you can't conjure up even a fraction of empathy, you belong in cubicle somewhere far away from the company of others, definitely not in a healthcare office.
Tay, the Customer Care Agent who is based in Mason, is phenomenal at her job. She spoke to me like a person, went above and beyond after my referral wasn't sent correctly, and scheduled me with the next available doctor who happens to be in Fairfield. She also offered to call me if there's a cancellation and let me know that I am always welcome to call and check as well.
