I had a 4 pm appointment. I got called back at about 4:50. Then by the time I got out of there it was about 5:45. No x rays, just a 15 minute consultation. I like the practice and this is the first time this has happened to me but that is crazy. 1 hour and 45 minutes to spend 15 minutes with my doctor. That’s unacceptable.

Been coming there for 15 years now. When I visit I know I will always be treated with respect, everything will be explained in detail and I will be heard.
This was my 1st visit to Mercy Health Sports Medicine. This visit was following a serious car wreck that totaled my car . The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very gentle when they were performing the xrays and very informative when explaining the results.
Dr. Hasan and his team were wonderful, this appointment was a 2nd opinion for me and he knew exactly what was going on with my shoulder, unfortunately I'm having a 2nd surgery but I'm looking forward to getting back to where I need to be. I would recommend him to anyone.
