No wait, we arrived early and got cared for quickly. The staffs are very helpful, patient, and understanding. Took no time to come back after they had been gone for their room. The nurses, providers, phlebotomists, receptionist. Props to you all! :)
have tried to schedule appointments here. NEVER EVER PICKS UP THEIR PHONE. also went in real life to see if they could help. they ended up just giving me a phone number. called that number multiple times and they DIDNT ASNWER. this has been going on for months.
Multiple times I have called this office to ask questions and they say they need to ask the doctor and I never get a call back. I waited 20 minutes on hold to even talk to somebody regarding my husband and if he should go to the urgent care/ ER or not, and they said they will talk to the doctor and never called back. I just called back and they’re closed. This has happened to me so many times, but this one really upset me because it was an urgent matter.
